Multiple switches would be useful to explore the consequences of different
VTP configs.
The 1900 and 2900XL switches commands are similar but not the same. If a
person wanted to be proficient in both they would need a working example of
both.
So three boxes would cover the gamut of Ethernet switches. One set based
(Cat5k/2901/2926), one 2900XL/3500XL, one 1900 series.
