A previous job I had worked a deal with me. I got them to pay for MCSE
classes & tests in return for me signing an agreement to stay there 12
months past date of certification or I'd have to pay it back. I didn't
mind...was a nice way to get it all paid for (including books). I
considered it my bonus since the bonuses there were pretty piddly. ;)
