Yep - Blocking, Listening, Learning ....then forwarding. Can't remember the
timings but the total is 50 seconds. From memory, I'd go for 20 Blocking, 15
Listening, 15 Learning but I'll fold fairly easy on that one.

Admittedly we haven't got many details. Portfast would change things but I
definitely can't remember the timings for that.
