I've been up 3 hours working on this and my brain is fried. Right before
that last synapses died I think I came up with the answer. Here is my
worksheet. Let me know what you think.
deny ip 172.22.30.0 0.0.0.255 192.168.18.27 0.0.0.0 for 172.22.30.x
permit ip 172.22.0.0 0.0.31.255 192.168.18.0 0.0.0.255 for 172.22.31.x and
below
deny ip 172.22.0.0 0.0.255.255 192.168.18.64 0.0.0.63 for 172.22.x.x and
below
permit ip 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255 0.0.0.0 255.255.255.255
deny ip 172.22.30.0
3 lines or less

deny ip 172.22.30.0 0.0.0.255 192.168.18.27 0.0.0.0 < denies 172.22.30.x
access to 18.27
permit ip 172.22.0.0 0.0.31.255 192.168.18.0 0.0.0.255 <allows 172.22.31.x
and below to access 18.x

and above from accessing 18.64 - 18.127

everything else.
