Why use Amazon.com, well I'm in UK and the only way I could get/order the CCDA Inside Scoop by BFQ Press was via the US site not the UK site (Amazon.co.uk).
I placed the order on a Friday about 0500hrs EST and received the book which cost me about $12 to ship international on MONDAY 0900hrs GMT!!!!! Well to paraphrase (completely....you understand) some US Navy Chaplain in 1941. "God Bless America and pass the ammunition!" That Ocean is becoming but a pond!
