Well, I have seen one here that has 1,500 static routes, all pointing to a /32 network addresses.
22 access routers and 6 or 7 core routers all running static against /32 addresses. Please don't ask why... And of course, I would never recommend this... you have to kill couple of trees just so you have enough paper to print the thing..
