I prefer OSPF, only because if you decide to put a device that is not a Cisco on the network you don't have to run 2 routing protocols. Your decision would have to be based on your needs also, EIGRP has a couple of features that OSPF does not that you may want, such as load balancing across links that do not have equal metrics.
