Flourinert - (Pronounced Floor-in-ert) is pretty neat stuff. You can put your tv in a tank of the stuff and keep on watching. also, if you've got a intermittent solder joint, plug it in and dunk it in florinert. You'll see a thin stream of bubbles rising from the fault. First time I saw it was on the tv show Beyond 2000. Anybody remember that one?
Back to the off topic subject of Liquid cooled CPU's, most desings I've seen use mineral oil. A fault with this design is that "bubbles" of moisture can settle out and sink onto the Board/cpu.
