I just did a quick research on NetMeeting. Seems like you need to have
Microsoft MSN installed (Gee, it's microsoft, what a surprise). But I was
unable to test out the bandwidth demand for this application. Well, I don't
think it will handle voice that well but looking at the whiteboard feature,
it works quite well and that's an important part of this conference. Also,
it already has a chat client so I guess you can do everything inside
NetMeeting.

Now, I guess I need your suggestion here; I wonder how it should be run. I
also wonder whether each participant should finish the chapter then we
gather and discuss about unclear topics or we have a volunteer to lead the
pack. Anyway, let me know what you think.

Also, we have got a few people signed up so email me if you are interested.
Again, it's free and no fine print... :) Be sure that you have MSN in your
machine and I'll need your MSN email so we can use NetMeeting.
