Hi Colin, I have configured a port on a 2900 for 10Mbit and half duplex, and it lets me issue the command 'switchport trunk encapsulation isl' without any problems. On CatOS switches, you can issue the command 'show port capabilities', which will tell you the capabilities of each port.
