I have used them an find them to be good routers. The configuration is a little difference and some basic tasks like modifying and interface can be unnecessarily difficult, but in terms of functionality, they provided what was promised. I had few problems. Review your requirements before you buy one. Unlike Cisco, they do not try to fill every niche. They also had some problems with their BGP code. That seems to be fixed though.
