Hello all.... Has any ever used or have any information on using Call Manager and it's IVR functions to conduct phone surveys? Perhaps with an ODBC or Oracle back-end?
The place I'm working uses phone surveys fairly often and wants to use them more often. But they're expensive (they pay someone for the service). Just from what I've seen, we could easily buy a full Call Manager setup with IVR functionality some servers for database and save them a TON of money and they could conduct surveys to their hearts content....
