Hi ,all. Can someone give a better explanation about this BGP command "neighbor advertisement-interval"? I know you can change the default values of 30 sec for external and 5 sec for internal peers. But I always thought that BGP sends routing updates ONLY when something about the route changes, either an UPDATE or WITHDRAWN message. Any explanation better than CCO or Parkhurst's is greatly appreciated.
