Hi, I'm assuming you have installed all the components of the Installer CD and that you are using Netscape as the DocCD browser. Make sure the URL is set to http://127.0.0.1:8080/home/home.htm. Under Preferences in Netscape, make sure that your proxy is set to off. Do not use IE (specially version 6 which alone will not support Java applets properly, unless you download the Java Runtime Environment - free - from sun.com). HTH, Elmer
