Down State
Init State
2way State (bidirection communication established)
- DR/BDR Election
ExStart State (DR/BDR election done)
- Routing Table is Generated
Loading (Sending LSU's, LSR's)
Full State (All LSR's Satisfied)
- SPF Algorithm Executed (Old Routing Table still in use)
- New Routing Table in use
