I am not sure abt soho router configuration, but what does your
following debugs says on client/server:
on server

- debug vpdn pppoe pac
- debug vpdn pac
- debug atm pack - Turn this on if you dont see an debugs with above cmds...
on client

- debug vpdn pppoe pac
