Thinking further, articles so tagged roughly fall into two classes:
(a) utterly obscure topics (b) contentious topics of some importance.
The latter would be obvious targets for a CZ version to be written
instead - thus supplying something that CZ has done with quality and
neutrality that en:wp has failed to.
