Unfortunately, many of the Citizens selected randomly to serve the Editorial Council are not consenting. Therefore, I am sending the third list of active citizens (selected randomly) for filling up the vacant posts of the EC. >From my earlier selections, there have been three (3) members who have been randomly chosen and fulfill the first three criteria for eligibility as members of the Editorial Council. However, they do not fulfill the fourth criterion of http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Editorial_Council_Resolution_0007#II._Requirements_for_membership . I am putting up their case to the Council for being included as special cases as they are active members of CZ and also willing to serve the EC. Please have a look at their user pages given below. If there is no objection, within one week, i.e., by Tuesday April 15, 2008, 03:30 hrs,UTC, I shall include them in the list of EC members.
