All, Sorry, one last follow-up mail.
Last Write-a-Thon, I had us write about Sports as part of a "Big Collaboration." The result was really pretty nice (http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Sports) considering that it was the work of about ten people in 24 hours. So I'd like to try it again; I hope you'll be interested in the topic. Here's a new Big Collaboration topic if anyone would like to come together and work on it (I'll be helping) tomorrow: education. http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Education The article currently consists of three sentences and somebody's outline (which I propose to move...er, which I *have* moved to the talk page). While I'm sure there are aspects of this topic that can only be handled adequately by educationists, educators, and education students, there are many other aspects that anyone with schooling and adequately tuned powers of observation can write about. Of course, it should cover education as it is actually carried out in public schools, and not just in the U.S. (And private schools, and of course, increasingly, in home schools.) Hope you can join the collaboration (and of course the Write-a-Thon generally!). --Larry _______________________________________________ Citizendium-l mailing list [email protected] https://lists.purdue.edu/mailman/listinfo/citizendium-l
