Wow, Hayford, forgive me, but are you ever wrong on that one. I know from
personal struggle how hard it is to have even the smartest people understand
how to use a discuss list. Impossible, sometimes. And the inability to grok the
arcane and 35 year old list mechanism is in no way related to the quality of
comments or views or opinions. In fact, we want ALL opinions and input and
experiences, and without the benefit of wide input, the loss is most definitely
very wide. It's a loss to all of us.
Perhaps a gentler approach with our fellows would be more productive?
