It is October 4, 2010. By October 7, all nominees must accept or decline
their nominations.All nominees accepting their nominations must submit a
statement by then, if they so wish. Also, the ballot shall be available on
October 13, the 20th day after certification, and the election shall be
completed no later than by October 21, i.e., no more than 28 days after
certification. Finally, all elected officials shall start their term of
office on October 23, i.e., the 30th day after the certification of the
Charter.
