Hi All,
1) Nominations will close on midnight, October 7, 2010 (UTC)
2) Nominees will have until midnight October 12 UTC to accept/decline their
nomination and complete their statements.
3) Ballots will be available on October 13, 2010
3) The election will begin October 13 and end midnight October 21, 2010 UTC
4) Elected officials take office on October 23.
5) Elected officials who are elected to 2 offices have until October 24 (3
days after announcement of election results) to decide. In the event that a
declaration has not been made during this period, the candidate shall be
considered elected to the position for which the nomination was accepted
first.
6) In the case of a seat being vacated in this manner, a reserve member will
be awarded the seat and has 3 days to decide.
7) In the case of a tie, an immediate runoff will occur.
