We are currently working on filling an exciting new contract opportunity for an *Lead Full Stack Developer / Senior Software Engineer *position that will be based out in *Westminster, CO*. *Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer / Senior Software Engineer* *Location: Westminster, CO* *Duration: 6+ Months* We are looking a Full Stack Developer Team Lead to manage and mentor our team of webs developer to work in our LEMP Stack environment (Linux, Nginx, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and PHP) designing and implementing new feature additions and site improvements. The ideal candidates will be highly motivated and organized with excellent communication skills who enjoy mentoring and leading talented teams. You will help keep Investability at the forefront of web and real estate technology! *Responsibilities: * · Work with the development team to gather requirements, determine architecture, and create implementation plans · Design and develop website using PHP, HTML, CSS, & JavaScript · Design, develop and maintain databases using MySQL & PostgreSQL · Analyze and implement lifecycle and process improvements that enhance product delivery · Develop web services for integration requirements · Interact with clients/internal business unit; gather requirements and document the same · Write and execute test cases to ensure all functionalities are working as intended *Required Skills: * · In depth knowledge of Front-end web designing languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript · Strong hands-on experience in database development and maintenance using SQL (Including query optimization) · Experience in system integration using JSON, XML, PHP & web services would be an added advantage · Exposure to website optimization, secure coding practices and SEO will be an added advantage · Sound knowledge of tools like Sphinx Text Based Search, other indexing and caching tools would be desirable · Experience in designing and developing websites from scratch and using Content Management Systems will be an added advantage *In addition our preferred candidates would also have the following: * · Experience with issue tracking systems (particularly JIRA) · Familiarity with created automated tests (especially using Selenium, Codeception, and Jenkins) · Experience testing Large Application systems (both Windows and Web based) on various systems and platforms · Competency with multiple internet browsers · Deep understanding and experience with virtual machines, and open source tools/platforms · Experience with Load & Performance testing (JMeter) *Qualifications: * · Requires 5+ years of web development of commercial application experience utilizing PHP, API’s, Web services and other web technologies · 2+ years of development experience with frameworks and libraries like Laravel, ReactJS, Bootstrap3, & Google Maps · 2+ years in a Lead or Management role · Masters / Bachelor degree in Software Analysis, Design, or Engineering from reputed/accredited colleges.
