*SAP Order Management Analyst * *Location: MAPLEWOOD, MN* *12+ Months contract* *Job Description:* The person hired for the position of SAP Order Management Business Analyst will provide business process support and subject matter expertise within the order management and billing process areas for internal SAP clients. The SAP Order Management Business Analyst leads the effort to analyze, validate, and document business and system requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that support the business request or opportunity. This position serves as a key liaison between the business clients and the Global Operations Support IT organization in resolution of process and system issues, and seeks out opportunities for continuous process improvement and operational efficiencies. *Basic Qualifications: * • Bachelor degree or higher in from an accredited university • Minimum of five (5) years combined job related experience in Customer Service, SC, Logistics, and/or Information Technology fields *Preferred Qualifications:* • Knowledge of SAP SD Order management/Billing processes • Strong analytical skills with strong attention to detail • Strong problem solving skills - ability to work cross functionally with multiple teams to evaluate and address key issues • Strong oral and written communication skills (at all levels in the organization) • Ability to lead projects and cross-functional teams • Strong consulting skills including leading teams, planning, and prioritization • Skilled at gathering and analyzing requirements from internal clients; researching and resolving complex problems; negotiating project scope; and advocating best practices and processes • Strong customer service and organizational skills • Must be a self-starter with the ability to complete day to day tasks with minimum amount of direction • Microsoft Office and Project proficient.
