Troubleshoot/diagnose nature and resolve personal computer problems by testing hardware, software, network connections, and consulting with various other IT sources. Attend meetings and serve as a member of project teams and committees as required. Work with local area network (LAN) wiring to patch in PC, phones, and printers. Work with Windows 7/8/10, clients, and TCP/IP technology.
