Role: Project Manager Duration: Above 6 Months Location: New Haven, CT 06511 **Preferred Local Candidates** Description: The candidate who fills this role will join Yale’s ITS team in support of Alumni Affairs and Development and will assume responsibility for successfully performing all program and project management activities associated with the Online Giving project. This will include management of multiple vendors, complex integration build out, oversight of UX design and delivery of the Online Giving site. Responsibilities include: • Create and execute project plans; revise and quickly manage change as appropriate to meet evolving needs and requirements. • Manage project schedules and project budget, identify possible issues and clearly communicate project status in order to minimize risk of missing deadlines. • Identify resource needs and define responsibilities and priorities. • Provide monitoring, tracking and reporting, with emphasis on the early identification and resolution of risks to project goals. • Project management of technical integrations between Yale’s Online Giving and CRM solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders in defining and managing project plans. • Coordinate with internal and external subject matter experts, including outside consultants. Qualifications: •At least 5 years of experience •Direct work experience in project management required •Direct work experience in managing complex integration builds •Bachelor's Degree required •Qualification in project management or equivalent •Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management •Knowledge of project management techniques and tools including MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint Thanks, Shalin TCA Consulting Group Inc.
