Required Skills: C# .net, ASP.net <http://asp.net/>, HTML5, MSFT SQL
2008/2012, MSFT Team Foundation Server 2010/2012, MSFT Visual Studio
2010/2012. Phenomenal Microsoft C# .NET Developer with deep experience,
ingenuity, and flexibility. Looking for a seasoned C# developer who is
passionate about what they do and is driven to exceed our expectations.
Extensive experience with C# .NET is a MUST!



*This person must be: *an experienced Microsoft Stack Developer, a strong
communicator (written and verbal in ENGLISH), a creative problem-solver,
the type of person who takes on the responsibility to be great, regardless
of circumstances, someone who gives and receives feedback well, a creator
of solutions that you are proud of, calm under pressure, organized, able to
turn on a dime, not high-maintenance (example wants to see a picture of
where they are going to be sitting prior to accepting the job)



*Must know very well:* helping us to identify significant business value
trapped in our business requirements, C# .net, ASP.net <http://asp.net/>,
AJAX, JQuery, JavaScript, Agile development techniques, Scrum, Testing and
debugging, web services, XML. Minimum 5 years of experience in all areas
listed.



Will offer rate exceptions if the candidate has active security clearance
or worked on previous government projects requiring them to hold a security
clearance of TS or above or came from one of the Microsoft product
development teams in the areas we are looking for.



*Additional Information:*

Resource MUST have a solid recommendation from their previous TWO
employers. WF hiring manager will be expecting to have a brief conversation
with these two references. DO NOT submit any potential applicants until
after two prior references have been validated first and can demonstrate to
the hiring manager how you verified their references other than a phone
call. All 2013 expected vacation time the applicant is expecting to take
will need to be fully disclosed prior to the phone screening by the WF
hiring manager. No applicant will be considered if they are expecting to
take more than a two week break in the contract. Any contractor hired that
violates this agreement will be subjected to termination and will not be
allowed to return to the project. The applicant will be required to provide
DAILY updates to the hiring manager on their progress both via TFS and
email. Failure to do so will be grounds for immediate termination. Once the
applicant has started and it is determined that the applicant has not
worked in an AGILE software development environment, they will be
immediately terminated.
