WF hiring manager will be expecting to have a brief conversation with these two references. DO NOT submit any potential applicants until after two prior references have been validated first and can demonstrate to the hiring manager how you verified their references other than a phone call. All 2013 expected vacation time the applicant is expecting to take will need to be fully disclosed prior to the phone screening by the WF hiring manager. No applicant will be considered if they are expecting to take more than a two week break in the contract. Any contractor hired that violates this agreement will be subjected to termination and will not be allowed to return to the project. The applicant will be required to provide DAILY updates to the hiring manager on their progress both via TFS and email. Failure to do so will be grounds for immediate termination.
