Please let me know your thoughts. 3 references required. *Candidates should have at least 84 months experience, and at least one of the following should apply:* - Acting in advisory role to IT management as an in Web application architecture, software evaluation, POC, and mentoring developers in areas such as system architecture, design patterns, common system utilities, and secure Web application coding. - Experience designing application architecture, developing & deploying n-tier asp.Net <http://asp.net/> Web apps using vb.net web services. - Administrative experience including development experience using SQL Server, Oracle and PL/SQL Packages, with of SQL programming. - Experience coding with middleware software to connect to mainframe services. - Experience analyzing business processes and workflows, and working with non-technical staff to develop system specifications and resolve problems. - Experience using object oriented concepts to design complex business objects, for example user-configurable contracts, government program eligibility rules, vouchers. - Experience as a lead programmer involved within the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, including the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of applications and databases. - Bachelor's Degree.
