*Job Title* MDM Architect/ Developer *Project Location* Miami FL *Duration* 6 months /Contract * USC/GC ONLY* * Skills Required and Job Description:* *SUMMARY:* The MDM/ETL Architect/Developer performs analysis, design, programming and testing for a new MDM implementation. This position will cover all technical facets of the Data Governance cycle with an emphasis on Data cleansing and standardization. *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned. • Provides overall MDM tool leadership during the design and build of MDM solution components. • Designs and develops customized MDM services. • Designs and develops necessary batch interfaces to and from MDM hub. • Integrates interfaces to MDM tool. • Work with business analysts and end business users to come up with effective data profiling techniques. • Devise strategies for data matching and merge algorithms • Maintains database interfaces and monitors systems configuration to ensure and assist in the validation of data integrity. • Incorporate MDM solutions into existing ETL code. *SENIOR LEVEL RESPONSIBILITIES* • Team Mentoring *SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES*: Not Applicable *QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES* • Strong technical and communication skills. • Experience researching and keeping "abreast" of industry technical/ business information security requirements and translating those requirements to the Banks information environment. • Customer service skills. • Programming expertise, and Database Management Skills. • Strong background in master data management implementation, including process design, architecture, data quality, data mapping, and data structures. • Experience with Data Quality/Master Data Management best practices • Experience in SOA based integrations and implementations *EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:* Education: A four-year degree in Business Administration, related field, or comparable experience in, Computer Information Systems, and/or Engineering with the appropriate emphasis in system integration database architecture, data management applications support functions *Experience:* Level I: Minimum of 2-3 years of MDM implementation and ETL development. Level II: Minimum of 4-6 years of MDM implementation and ETL development. Level III: Minimum seven years professional experience working or consulting in MDM implementation and ETL development. Must also have significant experience using Informatica and Oracle and a strong knowledge of UNIX. Experience with all phases of SDLC and in implementing, staging, operation data stores and dimensional data modeling preferred.
