This is a long-term role, but I'm looking for a strong candidate. Here is the brief job description. Keys are: Strong development experience with knowledge to explain the in-depth procedures. 1. Function as a senior resource for new development and bug fixes. 2. Comfortable troubleshooting report SQL, for example locating which pass results in data discrepancies, or locating inefficient or incorrect joins that may cause performance issues. 3. Resolve architecture layer issues, or work with the database team if the issue is at the physical table layer 4. Troubleshoot user-caused performance issues and give recommendations for more efficient prompt answers, or make report modifications to better guide the user toward efficient runs. 5. Troubleshoot report performance issues and make suggestions for new or tuned aggregations. 6. Work with the ETL and DBA when needed for physical layer dependencies. 7.
