seeking one Scrum Master/Agile Coach SMAC. The SMAC will help with
planning, strategizing and implementing small to large scale
transformations of team/s from waterfall to small iterative development
and testing cycles, applying the industry best practice, standards, and
methodologies and project support under the direction of management.
The SMAC will work in a team environment.</p>
<p><strong>Requirement:</strong><br> </p> <ul><li>Min 7 + years work
experience in agile development life cycle</li></ul> <ul><li>Min 4
years work experience designing and implementing solutions utilizing agile
development methodology and planning</li></ul> <ul><li>Min 3 years work
managing daily work load utilizing agile development and planning
methodology</li></ul> <ul><li>Min 5 years work experience in TFS (Team
Foundation Server) or similar tool</li></ul> <ul><li>Min 4 years work
experience training staff and introducing complex topic to diverse
groups</li></ul> <ul><li>Min 4 years work experience developing,
documenting and implementing iterative development lifecycle
standards</li></ul> <ul><li>Min 3 years work experience utilizing TFS
reporting features to manage department and team workload/capacity</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work experience and knowledge of COM architecture (registering
and un-registering DLLs)</li></ul> <p><strong>Highly Desired</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Min 2 years work experience with Service Oriented Architecture</li>
<li>Min 2 years work experience with PL/SQL or Oracle SQL Developer</li>
<li>Min 1 year work experience with XML</li>
<li>2 years work experience in IBM Datacap Taskmaster version 7.5.102
</li>
<li>Proficiency in IBM Datacap Taskmaster 8.X framework</li>
<li>2 years experience with Filenet version 4.2 and higher</li>
<li> 2 years experience with Filenet capture fax entry version 5.2.1</li>
