SCOPE OF SERVICES:

Migrate Microsoft Project Server 2007 to Microsoft Project Server 2013 or above.


• Design, configure and implement Project Server/SharePoint solutions to 
support 
enterprise project plan templates, SharePoint sites, and workflow management.
• Architecture and design experience in EPM solution implementation.
• Configure features for resource management, schedule management, issue/risk 
management, portfolio management and governance.
• Implement dashboard reporting and business intelligence reporting.
• Perform back-end configuration of the Microsoft Project Server 2013.
• Administer MS Project Server software for the project management and IT 
offices.
• Provide application-level support for the Project Server 2013 environment.
• Set-up workflows within Microsoft Project Server.
• Set Up integration and mapping between Projects created in Project Server 
2013 and Microsoft TFS Server 2015.
• Manage permissions, add/change/delete users and projects within the Project 
Server.
• Gather business requirements for system use and reporting.
• Create custom reports within the Project Server tool.
• Provide end user training, support, basic troubleshooting and problem solving 
with Project Server and SharePoint project sites.
• Assist in identifying gaps and opportunities to extend Project Server value 
to end users.
• Review existing MS Project Server functionality and perform gap analysis 
to identify possible enhancements to existing system functionality.
• Develop, maintain, and run Business Intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Monitor Project Server application logs for error conditions; partner with 
appropriate teams to resolve errors.
• Make configuration changes to address new requirements.
• Provide user support, Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical platform 
issues.
• Develop custom solutions based on business & technical requirements.
• Configure SharePoint project sites and trouble shoot issues associated with 
the SharePoint project sites.
• Deploy packages to web server(s) using Project and TFS Build Server.
• Perform configuration and database clean-up activities.
• Interface with vendors to resolve technical platform issues.
• Implement system upgrades as required.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

BA/BS Degree or equivalent, in a technology related field or other degree 
preferred.

•                     5 to 8 years of experience in 
implementing/migrating/managing 
medium-to-large scale Microsoft Project Server and SharePoint installations.

•                     Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Project Server 2013 and 
Microsoft SharePoint 2013.

•                     Microsoft Certified in Project Server/SharePoint.

•                     Knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server 2015.       
        

•                     Knowledge of Microsoft CRM Dynamics is a plus.

•                     3 years of experience working with C# and .NET Framework, 
HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, XML.

•                     A thorough understanding of the Project 2013 
client/server 
integration.

•                     A thorough understanding of the Project Web Application 
(PWA).

•                     Experience administering and troubleshooting in Project 
Server 2013 environment.

•                     Experience in the use, administration and configuration 
of SharePoint 2013, especially with regard to Project Server integration.

•                     Experience in the use, administration and configuration 
of TFS 2015, especially with regard to Project Server integration.

•                     Experience with Microsoft Active Directory.

•                     Strong analytical, decision-making and problem solving 
skills.

•                     Good communication, presentation and leadership skills.

•                     Team player who can establish excellent working 
relationships 
with peers and other teams.

•                     Ability to work on multiple projects as team lead or 
team member/developer.

•                     Ability to understand business requirements and estimate 
for delivery commitments.

•                     Experience using Microsoft Office Applications.

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

•                     Ability to develop and deploy SharePoint solutions 
including 
web parts, web security, and custom SharePoint controls.

•                     Very good understanding of SharePoint 2013 security.

•                     Experience working with PowerShell.

•                     Working knowledge with SQL Server 2012/2014.

•                     Working knowledge/experience with Visual Studio.

•                     Technically proficient in more than one language and 
platform.

•                     Experience in JavaScript frameworks like Backbone, 
AngularJS.

•                     Experience in Responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap.

•                     Experience in GIS tools and map integration (ESRI ArcGIS, 
Google, Bing, Pictometry, OpenGeo).

•                     Prior experience in federal/state/local government 
projects.
