Proven track record of multi-tasking business development, client side delivery, and people management skills. Ability to evaluate overall architecture of an application, looking for structural quality, best practices, code quality, etc. Communicate complex technical/functional information, scenarios, or specifications to multiple internal and external business and technical audiences in a way that best suits them. Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning. Solid experience architecting, designing and developing .NET-based solutions that include many of the following technologies: C#, HTML5, WPF, and/or Windows 8 applications Web service development and utilization (WCF preferred) W3C standard web application scripting languages and interchanges (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, and JQuery) Microsoft development IDE and ecology of tools (Visual Studio and Team Foundation Server) Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and experience participating in each phase of the lifecycle. Understanding and experience expressing software architecture design using industry standard software modeling language (UML Preferred). Understanding and experience using Application Lifecycle Management tools to manage business requirements manageability + traceability, version control, deployment/automated build, and test case management. Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support.
