Citrus is totally different from Chillispot.  Citrus doesn't do any
authentication or radius, that's for things like chillispot :)  Citrus
would be used by customer service and billing to provide service,
support, and send bills to users of a service.  It could export data
to add and remove users from an authentication system like radius or
chillispot, but doesn't do authentication itself.
