Not being a SQL-minded person, can you suggest a SQL statement to run that would give these appropriate privileges to a citrusdb user account?

In a production installation it would be best to make a new username/password for citrus, and if you are going to use the online part, a seperate username/password for online with select and restricted insert access to only the customer_history table. I would have thought that a mysql root user would work too, remember though that the root password for mysql is not necessarily the same as the root password for the server itself. Those can be two different things.
