Hello, I am not sure if I had already asked about this question as I am trying to locate some time tracking software for a new project that we are starting up.
What I need is this: 1. We will have IT support tech all over the world and they should be able to login to their account and update what they have done for a particular client. The tech support staff should be able to: 1. login, 2. select the client that they were working with, 3. enter the start/stop time or total hours work on the issue 4. detailed description of the work completed. The Client should be able to login and see detailed listing of the current work that has been completed for them and also the total hours for this invoice period. The admins should be able to generate an invoice notice to the client with total hours billed at what ever the billing rate is and the client can then pay the invoice. Can the CitrusDB handle these tasks? If not, then can you please suggest some software that might be able to do this? Sorry, if I have already asked this question.
