Hello, I'm looking for a solution to allow people to make online donations and have their contact and donation information stored in a CRM like system. I am trying to determine if CitrusDB would fit the bill.
In short, someone would complete an online form to make a donation at one of several giving levels, and in addition to their payment being processed, their information would also be added into a database. An admin could then login to the system and view reports of donors. Donations within the last 2 weeks/month/etc, donations under 100.00, donations from people in California, etc. Also, the admin could add prospects to the system and have them included in reports. Preferably people would not have to register as part of the donation process, although we do want to still add their info into the db. Does this sound like something CitrusDB would work well for? I am just installing it to take a look. Has anyone used it for a task such as this?
