If you need the character in CJK Extenseion B then you need
Type 1 subfont, AFAIK.
The problem is the limit of one TrueType font can include only
< 65536 glyphs. And CJK Han + CJK Ext A + CJK Ext B beyond this
number. So we need two TTF font to include all those glyphs.
And pdftex/dvipdfmx cannot use two TTF in the same LaTeX/CJK
font name yet. So the solution is to use Type 1 subfonts.
