In order to set the chinese fontsize in my tex file expediently, I use the
following renewcommand in my tex file:

But, I find that if I use the above command, say *chuhao*, to set some
chinese characters in a chinese and non-chinese combined environment, the
non-chinese characters will not be affected, so the result will be so ugly.
How can make the non-chinese characters' fontsizes changed according to the
chinese
characters' fontsizes setted by using the customized commands, just like the
thing in my case.
