Yes, it is odd, I also noticed that in unstable the 4.7.0 is supposed
to be there already. I just checked again for the below packages, and
It appears I was mistaken about the Debian system, it was updated
after all. However, see below why I had assumed the situation was the
same as on the Ubuntu system that I had used before.

hmm, apt-cache show tells me I have versions 4.7.0+git20070708 of both
of those packages, but the above files are not found either with
locate nor with find. I had to get them from the git repository.

OK, and I will see what happens if I add other repositories.
