Dear list members,

I apologize if this is a newbie question: My CJK-text which worked well
under teTeX and opensuse 10.2. gives errors under TeXlive and opensuse
10.3. What do I have to do to fix this?

I'm using

\usepackage[encapsulated]{CJK} % meanwhile, also tried without encaps.

\begin{CJK}{Bg5}{kai} % also tried akai, bkai, kair to no avail

some messages:

I've installed all cjk-related packages available through YaST including
the arphic-fonts. Puzzled by this last error message, I searched the
internet for the old ntu-ttf-fonts and copied them into
/usr/share/texmf/fonts/truetype (a bit naive that, ok...). By typing in
"cjk<TAB>" as root, I found the two commands cjk-latex-config and
cjk-latex-t1mapgen and ran them. Nothing seemed to change the above
behaviour.

I've got the feeling that I'm missing something very simple here...

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Frank
