[Note that U+2026 is *not* specific to CJK!]

Reason for this behaviour is that LaTeX's utf8 input encoding already
provides a mapping for U+2026:

  \DeclareUnicodeCharacter{2026}{\textellipsis}

and in CJKutf8 this has precedence over a CJK mapping.  Either
redefine \textellipsis or call \DeclareUnicodeCharacter again with a
proper mapping.
