I decided to work on the Firefly part, as to me Flaxen is "golden haired" or
something like that, and rubies and Black & Tans didn't quite work with that
The only flies I could find that didn't have unpleasant connotations (I
don't think blowfly, housefly, fruit fly, stable fly were quite right) were
Dragonfly
Butterfly
Mayfly
With Flaxen Firefly being an alliteration, so each of the names could have
that in front the same way
Dashing Dragonfly for a dog, Dainty Dragonfly for a bitch
Bold Butterfly, or Brazen B, Butterfly Belle, ...
Mighty Mayfly, Mistress Mayfly, ....
