Can someone tell me what is' Health Penn ' I have all my dogs and bitches
hip scored before they are bred from with what I thought was the only
method,(general anaesthetic, xray, and the xrays read by an official AVA
scorer) and would be very interested to learn about this method.
Out of interest, what are the breed average scores in America? Or are the
figures we are given here in Australia for the breed average world wide? If
they are world wide it would be interesting to see how each country compared
statistically.
