I apologize as I think this should have been on another list. But for
anyone wanting to know this is how you do it.

Subject: [CKCS-L] Filing a complaint

I believe it was asked how to file a complaint with the club. First you
have to write the letter yourself. One from your lawyer is not acceptable.
And then you have to enclose $100 with it. Then you have to mail it to Bob
Hochberg and the committee will go over it at a meeting, which they have 4
times a year, and if action is taken you will get your $100 back. I believe
the harshest action is expulsion from the club. That would in no way make
up for the heartbreak I have had over the cavalier that I bought or get back
any of my money nor will it make the breeder honor her contract. If a
lawyer can't do it then I guess no one can.
