Boy, no kidding!! I must say something about that enough that it
sunk in (subtle brainwashing works?), when any of my children see a
dog loose in the back of a pickup - or a child not in a seatbelt or car-
seat - my children sadly shake their heads and mutter something about
"their owner (parent) must not love them to allow THAT!"
