This really depresses me. A classified ad with a CKCS in it. It
"says" a "Monticello" cavalier - 7 months - not neutered (but sold with
a restricted registration) What is to stop an unscrupulous breeder from
getting hold of this lil' guy?
If I cannot take care of my cavalier - I signed papers saying I would
give her back to the breeder.
