Well I did get a letter from Warren Cox today - and am sure is the same story
he sent to everyone who wrote. All I will say is his facts are a little
distorted - a slightly different story was told to the happy owner who was
just glad to have his dog back :o) So do know that all who voiced concerns
did make a differnce :o)
