IF Mr. Cox did not know about this type of situation regarding an
animal shelter that he is in charge of, then one has to wonder about
the caliber of his leadership. Pressured by mounting public pressure,
scrutiny by the police, threatened with lawsuits, and facing the real
possibility of less than pleasant media exposure, Mr. Cox response letter
to those who wrote was nothing more than a GIANT attempt to cover
his behind.
